Our team are providers of Allied Health services to a number of Residential Aged Care facilities throughout NSW and the ACT. Our services within Aged Care include:

• Provision of evidence-based treatment approaches to each resident tailored to their individual care needs

• Provision of pain management services with optimisation of facility pain management funding

• A full reassessment of the resident’s care plan at six-month intervals to ensure the current level of service delivery is optimised

• Provision of education and training programs to staff on manual handling and mobility support

• Continuity of care with consistent, efficient services in the workplace cultivating strong rapport with both residents and facility staff

• Securing facility funding by consistently delivering Aged Care Funding Instrument-compliant assessment, treatment and documentation
