" Working as a new graduate at Unified Health has provided me with the opportunity to grow as a clinician and to experience a wide range of different areas of Occupational Therapy. In this position I have had the privilege to work with a variety of individuals including pediatrics through to geriatrics.
 
Within the new graduate program, I have been able to further develop my clinical skills as well as increase my confidence whilst enhancing my communications skills. I receive weekly supervision with a senior Occupational Therapist and have had the opportunity to work within aged care, private practice, primary schools, pre-schools, NDIS, and the community. I have thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of being able to work autonomously; implementing my creativity skill set to develop solutions that enable me to increase my client’s safety at home. Working at Unified Health is incredibly rewarding as a new graduate, as I feel fulfilled as a clinician being able to enhance the overall health and wellbeing of my clients.
 
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team has enabled me to gain a deeper understanding of the importance of other allied health professionals to ensure a holistic and positive outcome for all of our clients.
